Why am I suddenly from Belgium?

I just realized I've probably posted this in the wrong section but...
Lucy Locket I've noticed the flag on my post profile has turned to Belgium... while my the location says Netherlands.

Does the flag thing works on something like IP location? Let's give it a test with a VPN

This runs off ip address, but our hosts have been working on the server according to the status page, so maybe due to that. Seems OK now.
