Very pretty! The main critique I'd make is that the shading on the skin is very faint, especially compared to the bolder lighting effects and colors on the rest of the piece. I couldn't even tell that the skin was shaded until I zoomed in on it.

Nice design. maybe more scales and try to keep them more in the midtones rather then your dark or light tones...
